These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of digital products and services on this website. By purchasing a website template or digital product from this store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Digital Product Delivery

  • All website templates sold on this shop are digital items delivered via a Squarespace Site Transfer invite.

  • Upon successful payment, your template transfer invitation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 48 hours.

  • You must accept the Squarespace transfer invite to receive ownership of the pre-built site in your Squarespace account.

3. Technical Requirements & Compatibility

  • To access, customize, and launch your purchased website template, you must have an active Squarespace account. To take your website live, you will be required to purchase a paid Squarespace subscription plan separately.

  • All templates sold in this shop function exclusively on Squarespace version 7.1. They are not compatible with Squarespace version 7.0 or any other website building platforms. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify platform compatibility before purchasing.

4. Pricing, Taxes & VAT

  • All prices listed on the website are subject to applicable taxes based on the customer's location.

  • In compliance with international digital tax regulations (including EU OSS/MOSS rules), Value Added Tax (VAT) or local digital sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout according to the buyer’s country of residence. Consequently, the final price at checkout may vary depending on your local tax rate.

5. Intellectual Property & Single-Use Licensing Scope

  • 1 Purchase = 1 Website License: Each template purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to build one (1) single website on Squarespace.

  • You may not copy, duplicate, resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the template or its design files with third parties.

  • If you wish to build a second website using the same template (for another project or client), you must purchase an additional template license.

  • All design layouts, custom CSS code included in the template, images, and content created by Tatiana Visentini remain the sole intellectual property of Tatiana Visentini.

6. Template Support Policy

  • Duration: Every template purchase includes complimentary email support valid for 4 months (120 days) from the date of purchase.

  • Scope of Support: Support is limited strictly to template-related issues (e.g., questions about the template layout, fixing broken features provided in the original template, or troubleshooting original template CSS).

  • Exclusions: Support does not cover general Squarespace platform administration, domain connection, third-party software integrations, custom coding beyond the template's original CSS, or general business/design consulting.

  • Response Time: We aim to respond to support tickets within 1 business day.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver & Refund Policy

  • Digital Product Exception: Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (diritto di recesso) does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance/delivery has begun.

  • By purchasing a template and accepting the site transfer invite, you explicitly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery is initiated.

  • All sales of digital templates are final and non-refundable. Please review all live demo sites, specifications, and requirements carefully before placing your order.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. The terms that apply to your purchase are always those published on the website at the time your order is completed.
